In addition to parts for your polyethylene tanks, we can supply poly safe double wall tank configurations to 6500 gallons, conical bottom polyethylene tanks to 11,500 gallons, flat bottom dome top upright and/or vertical polyethylene, crosslinked or linear, in capacities to 16,500 gallons. Lifting lugs and tiedown lugs are included on all tanks 2000 gallons or more at NO ADDITIONAL cost. SUMO® fittings, providing maximum drainage are available in 2", 3", 4" and 6" sizes; stainless steel, titanium, or hastelloy. These can be flanged providing an integrally molded flanged outlet. You'll find the SUMO® adapter here as well as the flange adapters that'll make your polyethylene tanks work for your application.
All tanks are available in Industrial (ASTM D-1998-97) and Commercial design standards. Specific gravity ratings are always based on the industry's most severe calculations. All poly tanks are UV stabilized for long-term outdoor service.
Horizontal polyethylene tanks are available in numerous configurations. Horizontal poly sump bottoms, HDPE saddle tanks, PCO tanks, polyethylene agricultural tanks, NSF 51 or NSF 61 poly tanks for potable water storage.
Our specifically cured resins are warranted for three years for sulfuric service and sodium hypochlorite service. Sodium hypochlorite users will be amazed by our opaque "reflective white" pigmentation for their storage "headache".
Today linear resins are suitable for most chemical storage tank services there is still the occasional need for high density crosslinked polyethylene tanks. Our largest rotationally molded crosslinked polyethylene tank is a vertical "huge" 16,500 gallons!
Our safe double wall polyethylene tank configurations can be fitted with low sidewall drain assemblies at four locations on each tank. Ask your current supplier for FOUR drain fittings on his double wall PE tank assembly. The UFO® transitional fitting outlet has proven to be the most innovative design in the poly tank world to date. Double wall PE tanks ship complete with drain fittings installed, lifting lugs and tiedown lugs are included at NO ADDITIONAL cost.
Intermediate bulk containers, all poly, all plastic IBCs are available to the worlds' largest all plastic IBC, the Megatainer® horizontal IBC 550 gallons and is priced ready to travel! UN 31H2 and HM-181E certified. All our plastic IBCs can be fitted with food grade and/or sanitary stainless steel bottom outlets if required. Our heavy duty Ultratainer® has a test pressure rating of 62 P.S.I.G.! This all plastic IBC has a cylindrical inner tank providing superior structural integrity that eliminates side wall bulging that is commom in most all plastic IBCs. NOT OURS!
